Modification of the basic parameters of a cross-section

Basic parameter is only a descriptive text of the section. Other parameters are modified in the respective lower tables. Cross-sections which are based on parametric variable definition for a catalog section can be transferred to an internal cross-section to be accessible for further modification (e.g. adding reference sets)
